Observing the applicable law and aiming to protect the personal data of our clients and the users of the website operating at https://dagocentrum.pl/ (hereinafter: “Website”), we decided to introduce the following Privacy Policy. For this reason, we are very pleased to inform you that:

ADMINISTRATOR DATA

The administrator of your personal data is DAGO Centrum Spółka z o.o. with registered office in Warsaw (00-854), Al. Jana Pawła II 23, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS no. 0000255814 in the Regional Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Economic Department of the National Court Register (hereinafter: “Administrator”).

PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA, LEGAL BASIS FOR PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING, PURPOSE AND TIME OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

The Administrator pays special attention to the protection of personal data, by which they understand all information that allows the determination and identification of a natural person, i.e. name and surname, e-mail, telephone number, job position, place of work, etc. Due to the character of our business, we collect only the data that is necessary for us to provide services accurately. We process the personal data provided to us on the basis of Art. 6.1.f of GDPR, i.e. based on our legitimate interest and pursuant to Art. 6.1.a of GDPR, following your consent.

In order to conclude a contract with you for the services we provide (e.g. office lease, conference room lease), we require your data. It is necessary for the implementation and settlement of the service. The data we need may include: name, surname, residence address, personal identification number (PESEL), job position, name of employer, tax identification number (NIP), e-mail address, telephone number, bank account number, or ID card (or passport) number. However, we always strive to minimize the scope of personal data we collect and process while respecting your rights and freedoms.

The provision of personal data is voluntary but necessary to provide services for you, settle them, and contact you or offer you attractive terms of cooperation.

We process the personal data you provided for the duration of the service and for the period of limitation of claims resulting from generally applicable law.

TRANSFER OF DATA TO OTHER ENTITIES

Due to the scope of our activity and due to the fact that the Administrator is one of the companies belonging to the DAGO capital group, we use the support of other companies to provide services at the highest level. We may transfer your personal data to some of them, e.g., other companies in the DAGO network, hosting entities, entities providing accounting services, Poczta Polska S.A., or postal operators and courier entities.

We will not transfer your personal data to countries outside the European Union or to an international organization. They will also not be profiled or processed automatically.

RIGHTS RELATING TO PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

Because we process your personal data, we want to inform you that you have certain rights and freedoms arising from this fact. Remember that you have the right to:

  1. obtain information on whether we process your data (and to what extent),

  2. access your personal data, e.g. you can ask us for a copy of this data, as well as obtain information on the detailed method and purpose of its processing, and the source of its origin,

  3. request rectification or correction of data if it is incorrect,

  4. request supplementing the data if it is incomplete,

  5. request to remove or limit the processing of your personal data. However, if we process your data in accordance with the law, we may reject your request. If we process your personal data on the basis of legitimate interest, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data,

  6. (to the extent that the basis for the processing of your personal data is your consent) you have the right to withdraw this consent, but without affecting the correctness of our processing of your personal data before the consent is withdrawn,

  7. reporting a breach in the scope of personal data processing to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office – if you believe that we process your data in a manner inconsistent with applicable law, in particular with the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body dealing with the protection of personal data, i.e. to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

COOKIES

  1. Cookie files (called “cookies”) are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored in the user’s end device and intended for using the website. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they originate from, the storage time on the end device, and a unique number.

  2. The entity that places cookies on the user’s end device and has access to them is the Administrator.
